A walk to discover the Marchigiani canyons.
The path is simple, not tiring, quite shady, if not slightly steep in some short sections; the difference in height is small, about 210 meters and the path, which is done in both directions, is about 7 kilometers long.
Our advice is to bring a hat, water and hiking boots, if only to avoid that the pebbles on the path inconveniently get into your shoes!
Along the way we will talk about the history and geology of these beautiful spiers, solemn blades, formed in millennia of water and wind erosion and we will venture into the canyons to discover their secrets, although it is advisable not to get too close to avoid crumbling these formations wonderful, still alive.
There will be hints of history of the Sibillini, botany and fauna of the area. The journey takes about 4.5 hours round trip, for lunch you are free to bring something packed and take advantage of the beautiful view of Lake Fiastra for a break!
