Inside them, you are awaited by traces of Roman times, medieval buildings, palaces and convents which are witness to the golden era of Portugal. In this full day tour you will also be able to visit Arraiolos, a region that shows traces of human presence since ancient times, presumably since the Neolithic or even Chalcolithic. The quality of the motifs and unique stitches of Arraiolos carpets as well as the peculiar circular castle also know as Paço dos Alcaides, are some of the stops you won´t miss.
