Everest Base Camp Trek

Day 01: Arrive at Tribhuban International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel than visit Alliance Adventure will brief about your trip Everest Base Camp. Overnight at Hotel – Included Dinner

Day 02: Flight from Kathmandu Domestic airport to Lukla airport (2840m/9,315ft) about 30/35 minutes flight than trek to Phakding (2610m/8,560ft) 3 to 4 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) 6 to 7 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 04: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar and Day Hiking Everest view Hotel (3,880m/12,727ft) 2 to 3 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Deboche (3,820m/12,530ft) 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 06: Trek from Deboche to Pheriche (4,244m/13,921ft) 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 07: Acclimatization in Pheriche. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 08: Trek from Pheriche to Lobuche (4,910m/16,105ft) 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 09: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak-Shep (5140m/16,860ft) 3 hours and Hike to  Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) 2 to 3 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 10: Hike to Kala Pattar (5545m/18,188ft) 2 to 3 hours and  Trek back to Lobuche (4243m) 2 to 3 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 11: Trek from Lobuche to Tyangboche Monastery (3,867m/12,684ft) 6 to 7 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 12: Trek from Tyangboche Monastery to Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft) 5 to 6 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner 

Day 13: Trek from Monjo to Lukla airport (2,840m/9,315ft) 4 to 5 hours. Overnight at Lodge - Included Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 14: Early morning Flight from Lukla airport to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel - Included Breakfast 

Day 15: Sightseeing in world Heritage site and Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Hotel - Included Breakfast - Dinner

Day 17: Departure to International Airport for your departure onward destination for the own country. Included Breakfast

Everest base camp trek one of the most popular trekking trails in Everest region and such famous is that it offers a unique and unforgettable experience with awesome views of the world’s highest and most beautiful mountains-- Mt. Everest (8,848 m). The trekking to this region has been famous ever since Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenjing Norgay Sherpa made their first successful summit in 1953.

The trekking to Everest base camp begins by flight from Kathmandu to the mountain airstrip to Lukla, the heart of Everest Region, then after around three hours walk, you will reach at Phakding and then you continue north up to Dudh Kosi valley and to Namche bazaar, where you spend one day for acclimatization. Then next day, you will continue trekking to Kala-Pattar and subsequently to the Everest base camp. You have time for rest one day in Dingboche or Pheriche in between and for some side-trips and for further acclimatization from the area, you can have some magnificent views of Mt. Everest.

Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket good if afraid of cold.
Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
Gloves, hat or cap, sun glasses, sun block, lip balm, etc. To avoid sun burn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (if one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
Flashlight and spare batteries.
You most train own yourself whence you free OR once week 1 once day hiking your country Mountain.
We have to need your flight detail and airline name.
We need your passport copy and Passport size size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
Nepal visa available can apply on arrival. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and for 30 days USD40 ETC.
