BOOKING FEE REFUND POLICY:
All tours from the "Hanoi Free Private Tour Guide" are provided at no charge. According to Tripadvisor policy, however, to enable us to post our tours' information and you (as a tourist) can book our free service on the website, you will be charged 1$ per booking at the discount price. Tripadvisor receives $0.2 of the $1 as a fixed charge for operating a business. The other $0.8 (in equivalent Vietnamese Dong at current exchange rate) will be refunded to you by our tour guides when the tour takes place.

We are a nonprofit organization established in 2015. We supply top-quality free tour guides who are well trained and well understand about Hanoi, Vietnam, and related knowledge. We would love to show you things you haven't seen in books, magazines or on the internet before.
