I will Pick you up from the agreed meeting point at around 09 am. We will arrive on the top Etna (2000mt m.a.s.l) around 1030 am. We will take a walk on Etna in the lower Craters, exploring different craters and going to incredibles view points until lunch time around 1 pm. We will take lunch near the craters where there is a great restaurant with a stunning view. The restaurant offers different options from a top quality full three course meal made from local produce to a tasty sandwich. After lunch at 2 pm Visit inside Lava tunnel. 3 pm Visit View Point of Old Giant Caldera. I strongly advise to have close shoes (no sandal), running shoes or hiking shoes are the best. Also we will be in Altitude so weather could change, bring some warm clothes, water, sun cream, hat.

Why take this tour?
During this drive we will have the opportunity to learn the geological history of Sicily and especially of Etna.We will visit one of the most stunning parts of Etna's lower crater (we could visit top craters but there is an extra 63 x person for cable line service to pay). We can take the option to have lunch in a stunning location near old extinct craters and take more walks after lunch. After Lunch we will move on to explore inside Lava tunnel and then we'll drive to the viewpoint of the giant old caldera of the Vulcano, or instead head off towards one of Sicily's best vineyards of Etna wine, this testing will cost an extra of 30 Euro per person and include a light lunch with Four wines combined delicious typical sicilian food, its also possible to have vegetarian version and children menù on request.
