The main commitment of the experience, is to show the products of the Atacama desert and the Andean region, to generate a sensitive journey through Lickan Antai lands on your palate.
-The tasting dinner can be presented through two modalities, 9 and 5 Times.
-Generally, different groups of diners share a single central table with the purpose of sharing opinions about the experience and their stay in San Pedro de Atacama.
-The dishes will be brought to the table one by one with their respective pairings that can be Chilean wines, craft beers and infusions of local herbs and presented by chef Lickan Antai.
-The menu is surprise and rotates depending on the products available according to the season, keeping the traditional preparations.
-The dinner lasts 2: 00hrs (9 times), and 1: 40hrs (5 times)
-There will be an exhibition of raw local products, which will be explained and used in the same tasting dinner.
-It is of EXTREME IMPORTANCE to notify in advance any food restrictions.
-The need for a special menu for vegetarian passengers should also be notified in advance.
