Great tour

Really great tour. We spent more time viewing the Last Supper than I had expected and were very close. The room wasn’t crowded as it was mostly just our tour group. Our guide helped us navigate the admission process which would have been confusing otherwise. She was a knowledgeable local which helped a lot. The meeting place was a bit chaotic at first but all worked out fine.

Poorly organized and chaotic

Switched meeting place the day before our tour after we chose our hotel based on distance to start of tour. Totally disorganized when we arrived at new meeting spot, combined two tour groups. Chaos! Leader was knowledgeable but kept saying we were late so felt like we were rushing around. Group was way too large-27 people! Expected us to have our tickets to the last supper which were never sent to anyone in the group but that was managements fault and not the tour guide. We have enjoyed other Viator tours but definately not this one.
