Rise early and make your way to a central point in San Jose del Cabo, Los Cabos Corridor or Cabo San Lucas, where an air-conditioned vehicle will take you to the marina. Step aboard a spacious catamaran and begin your morning with a breakfast of pastries, yogurt and fruit. Sip as much beer, mixed drinks, soda and bottled water as you like throughout the day.

During the voyage, admire the views of La Paz, the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Snap photos of the sea lions of San Rafaelito, and listen to an oceanographer’s commentary on the local marine environment. You’ll get a chance to snorkel alongside tropical fish and near sea lions.

Arrive at Espiritu Santo Island (Isla Espiritu Santo), and board a power dinghy to shore. How you’d like to spend time in this sandy slice of paradise is up to you: beachcomb, hike well-marked nature trails, swim, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, play water sports or tour rock formations. For your convenience, you’ll find on board snorkel gear, flotation vests, kayaks, paddleboards, powered attendant boat, beach towels, layout mattresses, cushions and pillows.

For lunch, dig into freshly grilled chicken, steak or fish dishes, accompanied by chef-prepared salsas, chutneys, slaws, chips and guacamole.

Your 9-hour excursion ends with drop-off at the departure point in the early evening.

When sea conditions make crossing to San Gabriel Bay uncomfortable, the catamaran will anchor within the outer arms of Balandra Bay. The outer beaches of Balandra are only accessible by boat. They are likely the most beautiful of all the beaches in the area. All the amenities outlined above will be available.
