How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed/electronic ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
What is the child policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most of the buses are wheelchair accessible. They do not allow electric wheelchairs. Please contact them for further information.
Can I take my dog on the bus?
Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is permitted. The dog must not exceed knee height.
I bought the ticket but itâs for someone else. It has my name on it, is this ok?
No, problem. Show your printed/electronic voucher to a member of staff at one of the stops or on-board the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Can I use a two day ticket on different days?
Youâll need to enjoy your Ticket across consecutive days, so a two-day pass redeemed on Monday means your pass is valid Monday and Tuesday.
Can I have a refund?
To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactVIE. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
