Massimo is a neurologist by profession and Federica works in the Internal Revenue Agency. Massimo has been very passionate about cooking ever since he was a little boy. He inherited this passion from his grandparents, who taught him their family secret recipes from the Roman-Jewish tradition! Massimo loves to prepare typical Roman family cuisine and will also introduce you to dishes from Viterbo, his mother's home town.
