Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours
Cancellation Notes: 48 HRS cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 48 hours prior to tour departure. Full penalty applies for no-shows. The tour runs rain or shine. Gondolas do not operate in bad weather conditions and when the water level is too low. On these occasions we'll proceed with a partial refund.
