Afterward, we'll visit Spirito di Vino, a 150-year-old wine cellar that's older than the Colosseum itself. Here, we'll sample an ancient Roman recipe and taste some of the finest wines that Rome has to offer. We'll then explore Rome's renowned family-owned cookie factory, where we'll learn the secret behind traditional homemade cookies.
Next, we'll meet the King of Porchetta, Piero Iacozzilli, and taste his mouthwatering roast pork paired with a delicious beer. We'll also experience Rome's beloved street food snack, the supplì, at a charming hole-in-the-wall institution in Trastevere.
