Following pickup from your hotel or the Bridgetown cruise port, your guide takes you to Hunte's Gardens for a tour. Wander the paths past rare plant specimens collected by the horticulturalist Anthony Hunte. Then continue on to the fishing village of Bathsheba for a look at the coastline and pounding surf.
You’ll get a taste of Barbados with a provided lunch of local cuisine, followed by a photo stop with magnificent views from Cherry Tree Hill en route to St. Nicholas Abbey. This 17th-century sugar plantation residence was built of brick and limestone. Learn more about its history and sample award-winning rum produced at the on-site distillery.
The Barbados Wildlife Reserve is your final stop of the day. Here, observe the mischievous green monkeys of Barbados along with a variety of other animals.
Once your full-day sightseeing is complete, you will be taken back to your hotel or the cruise port.
