We will drive out in our group to the historic Hvalfjordur passing some notable interests along the way. The road we take is the old road that people would take when heading north but now there is a tunnel underneath the fjord. With the tunnel there the road now has much less traffic so it is more secluded.
When arriving at the site your guide will prepare the equipment for you and go through any safety procedures necessary. Then a short introduction to SUP for any of those a bit rusty or if it's your first time.
You'll be on the water with your guide for more or less 2 hours but this is weather dependent and peoples fitness levels.
Ultimately reaching land and then packing up the van before heading back to Reykjavik.
