A sound bath is an immersive auditory encounter that calms and harmonizes your energetic, emotional, and mental states, bringing them into equilibrium. Achieved through the resonance of harmonic sounds and frequencies produced by crystal bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments. You will be gently led through a tranquil meditation accompanied with rejuvenating sounds. Surrounded by the native ohi’a lehua forest, experience the deep state of relaxation that you truly deserve!

Arrive 10 minutes before your sound bath begins.
It is required to be with a guide to explore the Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary.
We encourage you to bring an eye mask and a journal to reflect on your experience.
Please bring anything you'd like to wear to stay warm.
Lunch, snacks & water are not included.
We do not have a trash can. Please follow pack in and pack out guidelines.

Cancellation Notes: Customers may receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking with at least 48 hours' notice prior to their reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are not eligible for refunds or rebooking. Refunds due to weather will only be issued if the operator cancels the experience. In the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund, credit, or rebooking.
