Booking Info:After purchase, you’ll receive a voucher by email with easy instructions to call and reserve your cruise date. Vouchers are valid throughout the 2025 season (April 19 – October 26).

• Vouchers purchased online are non-refundable and must be used during the 2025 season.

• The amount paid never expires and may be used as credit toward full-priced tickets in future seasons.

• After purchase, you will receive a ticket voucher by email, which must be used to make a reservation.

• The voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date or sailing time. Reservations must be made by phone using the voucher code.

• Once your voucher has been redeemed for a reservation, you are guaranteed space on the selected date and time.

• Making a reservation voids the ticket voucher. Reservations are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.

• Reservations will be held until 10 minutes before departure. If you or any members of your party have not arrived by that time, Pirate Adventures reserves the right to release the space. No refunds or replacement vouchers will be issued for no-shows.

• Please be prepared to provide an accurate passenger count when making your reservation. All passengers, regardless of age, count toward capacity.

• We reserve the right to cancel a sail due to steady rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or other unsafe conditions as determined by the captain.

• We do not cancel for cold or gray weather, showers, drizzle, passing thunderstorms, or excessive heat.

• If Pirate Adventures cancels your cruise due to weather, new vouchers will be issued for use during the 2025 season.

• If you’re unable to use the replacement voucher during the 2025 season, the amount paid remains valid as credit toward future seasons at full price.

• Voucher discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

• This experience takes place aboard the Sea Gypsy, a U.S. Coast Guard–inspected vessel staffed by a licensed captain and trained crew. • This is an outdoor experience — please dress appropriately for changing weather and plan to be outside for up to two hours, including pre-boarding activities. • We sail in light rain or showers; cruises may only be canceled in the event of severe weather. • Children are welcome to wear their own pirate costumes or accessories! • Gift certificates are available year-round and make great experience gifts. • Pirate Adventures proudly supports local nonprofits through our monthly Give Back Days — check our website for upcoming dates.
