Northern Lights Small-Group Minibus Tour from Reykjavik

Your evening begins with pickup at your Reykjavik hotel by small car or minibus. From there, head out deep into the darkened countryside where your tour guide scouts the sky for the first signs of the aurora borealis.

When your guide finds the best place for viewing the northern lights, you have plenty of opportunities to get out of the car to view and snap some photos of the dancing lights. Make sure to dress warmly and bring along a few extra layers since you stand outside to view the lights.

Please note that although our guide takes you to a location with the best chance of viewing the northern lights, seeing them is not guaranteed.

Your northern lights tour ends with a drop-off back in Reykjavik.

Catching sight of the northern lights while in a populous area can be more difficult due to the bright city lights. Head out into the Icelandic countryside's darkness during this guided tour with round-trip transport from Reykjavik. Your guide finds the best spot for viewing the aurora borealis, giving you a better chance to view the light show than if setting out alone.

We cannot guarantee how much you will see on the night you go. The supplier does not offer refunds for customers that have joined the tour

Pickup is offered at all Reykjavik hotels, hostels and guesthouses, private homes but you might have to make your way to the nearest Tour Bus Stops. Your hotel reception will help you find it
