All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seats. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund 24 hours prior to departure time.

- Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible due to uneven pavement and stairs in some parts of the tour. 
- In the event that the Hornblower Niagara City Cruises is not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey Behind the Falls. Typically, the boat operates between May and October, although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.

• Comfortable walking shoes – While the tour is relaxed, you’ll do some walking at scenic stops.  
• Weather-appropriate clothing – Dress in layers and bring a light rain jacket.

• Water bottle & snacks – While tastings are included, a reusable water bottle and light snack can help keep you refreshed. 
• Sunglasses & sunscreen – Especially on sunny days, you'll want protection during outdoor sightseeing. 

Boat Tour Tip 
• Prepare to get wet! The Voyage to the Falls cruise provides ponchos, but you may still feel the spray. Embrace the mist—it’s part of the magic!  
• Protect electronics – Use a waterproof pouch or zip-lock bag to keep phones and cameras dry.
