Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

All Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival at the attractions. As you get your photos clicked inside the attraction, you need to get the QR code scanned to save your photos. The ticket has instructions to go to the magic memories site and download your images using the unique code on the ticket

During the campaign 1 free ticket is offered to kids below 12 years when accompanied by 1 paying adult and normal charges will apply if there are additional kids. (e.g for a family of 2 paying adults + 2 kids below 12 years, both kids will get free access during the campaign and if there are 2 kids accompanied with 1 paying adult, only 1 kid gets free entry and the 2nd kid pays the normal fee)

All persons entering the Madame Tussauds must hold a valid ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid ticket on request may result in removal from the Madame Tussauds

One ticket is provided at no charge for a group of 15 people for groups and tour groups
