Terms and Conditions for The Lost Chamber Aquarium:
General Terms:
By booking the experience, guests agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by The Lost Chamber Aquarium management.
All bookings are subject to availability, and the attraction reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel the experience in the event of unforeseen circumstances or adverse conditions.
Safety and Liability:
Participation in the experience is at the guest’s own risk. The aquarium and affiliated operators are not responsible for personal injury or loss of property.
Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by staff during the experience. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
No-show guests will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Age and Health Requirements:
The minimum age for participation is 8 years. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests must be in good health and free from medical conditions that could pose a risk during the activity. A waiver form may be required.
Changes to Bookings:
Guests may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to the original booking time.
Special Requests:
For specific requests such as accessibility requirements or dietary preferences (if meal add-ons are chosen), guests should inform the attraction at the time of booking.
Voucher Validity:
Vouchers are valid only for the date and time selected during the booking process. Any modifications to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters, The Lost Chamber Aquarium may cancel or reschedule the experience. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
