Board a sailing catamaran at Key West’s historic port, then head to sea. The captain will set a course for the best possible sunset views. Grab a drink from the bar and find a comfortable seat on deck, snacking on a selection of appetizers as the first sunset colors appear. Keep an eye out for fins, as Key West’s native Atlantic bottlenose dolphins can often be spotted just offshore. Snap some photos of the changing light, and watch for the “green flash” when the sun finally hits the water. After sunset fades, turn back towards Key West, catching some of the first stars that appear over the Florida Keys.
