- Choose between Deluxe and VIP seating; VIP seats offer closer views of the stage

- Performances are held daily at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, each lasting approximately 60 minutes.
- hotography and video recording during the show are prohibited. However, post-show photo sessions with performers are available for a fee of 100 Baht per performe
- The venue is wheelchair accessible and located near Sutthisan MRT Station (Exit 3), approximately a 10–15 minute walk
- The show is suitable for all ages, but children under 5 years old are not permitted.
