Discover the authentic flavors of Valparaíso on a gastronomic tour through the Barrio Puerto! We will begin our journey at the iconic Plaza Sotomayor, the beating heart of the city. From there, we will delve into the maze of colorful alleyways of Barrio Puerto, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Along the way, we will visit three traditional 'picadas porteñas', those small restaurants and bars where the essence of Valparaíso is felt in every bite. We will taste the house specialties, such as fresh local seafood, crispy fish calugas, or classic empanadas. We will accompany our dishes with a Chilean wine from the region, or a refreshing drink made with pisco, the national spirit.
