RAINY DAY POLICY
We’d love to think we can control all the elements of a tour, but unfortunately rain and bad weather is not one of them.
We have a policy in place to ensure that you, our valued guests, get the most out of a rainy day tour with us.
On the day of the scheduled tour, Bikes ‘n Wines will solely make the decision regarding the suitability of the weather conditions for the tour. The decision will be communicated to you as soon as possible. We take the below approach, when it comes to touring on a rainy day:
Cycle in the rain if you are happy to do so. If you are not happy to cycle in the rain, then you need to follow step 2 or 3 below.
Do the tour by vehicle if it’s raining too hard, and only if you are happy to do a vehicle driven tour. If you do not want a vehicle driven tour, then you need to follow step 3 below.
Reschedule the tour to an alternative convenient date for you subject to Bikes ‘n Wines availability. Only if you are unable to reschedule the tour to an alternative date, will a full refund of the tour fee be applicable.
Someone from our office will be in touch with you via phone, text or email on the morning of the tour to confirm the days plan and activity.
Please feel free to get in touch with us should you have any concerns about the above.
