Please note that Paris will host the 2024 Olympics from July 26th to August 11th, followed by the Paralympics from August 28th to September 8th. This may have an impact on our travel plans. - To redeem your voucher for valid cruise tickets, visit the “Vedettes de Paris” ticket booth anytime on the day you booked or the following day, within the supplier’s opening hours (note: from November to March, the last cruise departs at 5pm). You may also take your cruise before your Eiffel Tower tour. The “Vedettes de Paris” ticket booth is located on the Port de Suffren. GPS coordinates: 48.858895, 2.291908.
- The boat cruise lasts 1h and you are free to do this whenever you like after the Eiffel Tower tour, on the day booked. The boarding point will be clearly pointed out to you by your guide as you walk past on the tour.

• This service ends at the Eiffel Tower. The boarding point for the cruise will be clearly pointed out to you by your guide as you walk past on the tour. There may be a short line to board the boat as you wait for it to dock. • Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

• Our City Wonders representative with wear a blue jacket or top and will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• This tour involves a reasonable amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather.
• France’s tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. Careful planning limit our crowd exposure, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.
• Like in most popular attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, please be aware of pickpockets and scams such as people asking to sign petitions. Please be aware of your belongings.
