Dino Park and Blue River Resort Adventure in Rincon de la Vieja from Tamarindo

This 9-hour Dino Park, Penjamo River, and hot springs adventure by Rincon de la Vieja starts with a hotel pickup from Tamarindo anywhere between 7am and 8am. Ride in your vehicle over to Blue River Resort and Hot Springs where you’ll enjoy a cocktail upon your arrival. Then hop back in the car for a short drive to Dino Park. 

At Dino Park, follow your guide along forest paths to see life-size replicas of dinosaurs that move. Then journey through the area along the Penjamo River, and stop to swim underneath a waterfall.

Afterward, go back to the Blue River Resort to break for lunch. The rest of the days activities are in your hands. Pick from a variety of things to do at the resort, including soaking in a natural hot springs or mud bath, walking through a botanical garden, or swimming at a pool with a water slide.

The day ends with a car ride to your Tamarindo hotel around 4pm.

Get close-up and personal with life-size moving dinosaurs inside a “Paradise on Earth”.  Experience thrills, a lush rain forest, incomparable views of majestic smoking Rincon de la Vieja volcano, blue rivers, natural mineral hot springs, 80 meter waterfalls and much more.

Dino Park is all about family exhilaration and learning too.  Hike in the rain forest for dips under the Grand Waterfalls, cascading pools and along the blue river. After a delicious lunch at Blue River Resort & Hot Springs take dips in 3 different "natural mineral" hot spring pools & 2 fresh water pools with bullet water slide, meander tropical botanical gardens with over 700 varietals, butterfly gardens, orchid garden, hummingbird sanctuary, Koi & Bird & Caiman Lakes, turtle ponds. Take a natural mud bath and sauna; visit miniature donkeys and horses and much more. 

Tour includes pickup and drop off from your accommodation. You will return in time for supper.
