Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 2 hours
Cancellation Notes: Cancel your class booking without penalty up until 2 hours before its scheduled start. Passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your pass is then valid for 30 days from your first date of redemption. Fitness Passes may be canceled at any stage until the expiry date. No refunds apply to partially used passes.

Where are the passes valid?
Standard Passes are valid for the city of purchase, while Premium Passes are valid in the UK and across all relevant Eurozone countries where we have a presence.
How long is the BODDY Pass valid?
For Standard Passes, they are valid for 15 days from date of purchase and must be used within 6 months. While for Premium passes: the validity period is 30 consecutive days starting with and including the first day you visit a gym/class. You have 12 months from date of purchase to start using your BODDY Pass.
Can I give my unused visits to someone else?
No. The BODDY Pass is only valid for the person whose name is on the pass.
Is there an age restriction?
The minimum age to purchase the BODDY Pass is 18 years.
Can I browse the portfolio to see what options are available?
Yes, you can browse without any restrictions.
Where are the gyms located?
Our gym partners are typically located in downtown areas and in popular tourism parts of our cities.
Can I get a refund if I cannot find anything that suits me?
All unused passes are 100% refundable for up to 1 year from date of purchase. There is no refund for partially used passes.
How many visits are included in the BODDY Pass?
We currently offer multiple options covering 1, 2 or 5 visit options, to better accommodate your travel schedule. These can be purchased on a repeat basis without restriction.
