Your guide will pick you up from your hotel to show you the most special places around Quito's historic center, one of the best-preserved colonial centers and one of the most important across Latin America.
Let's start with the historic center of Quito, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to the 16th century. You'll be transported back in time as you stroll along the narrow streets lined with beautifully preserved colonial buildings, churches, and monasteries.
And let's not forget about the food! Quito's culinary scene is a fusion of indigenous, Spanish, and international flavors.
You will learn to cook a traditional Ecuadorian meal in your cooking class.
After cooking, share the meal you prepare!
