Use of cameras policy
Based on international safety standards and ensuring the physical safety of visitors, cameras are not permitted during our adventure activities. Our activities require that your hands are free at all times. This includes cameras such as “point and shoot”, DSLR and SLR cameras, disposable cameras and cell phones.
Exceptions:
Go Pro Cameras and its alike are only permitted if they are mounted on the helmet with a head mount during activities. The use of action selfie sticks, chest mounts, hand or any other body part other than head ( helmet)is prohibited.
No Show:
Please be at least 10 min. before confirmed pickup time and location, transportaciĂłn will have a 10 mins. max of waiting tolerance. In case of no show amount charged is in no case refundable.
Climate guarantee:
Sometimes activities have to be canceled due to extreme weather conditions, your activity will be rescheduled for a different day , if thats not possible due to your vacation plan, you will recibe a 100% refund. Extreme Adventure is the only one that can cancel because of weather conditions! Clients canceling because of climate generates a 100% cancelation fee.
