Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.

Weather Policy

Activity takes place rain or shine.

The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or request a refund.

Please note that our vessel will arrive at start time. If you arrive to the dock early, you will likely NOT see our boat as we share the dock with other companies, including our other Boomerang vessels.  We will pull in front of the Nick's Riverside Grill Restaurant just before the cruise time.   Please be on time so you don't miss our boat!
