- Tours booked after 24 hours without the purchase of Cancellation Insurance will not be eligible for refunds.

- Tours booked with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance will not be eligible for refunds 12 hours before the start of the tour.

**We cannot give refunds or partial refunds for guests that:**

- Do not arrive on time.
- No Show.
- Or, join a different tour out of their own error.

- Unexpected Atlanta reserves the right to cancel tours at any time should there be Force Majeure events, including weather that may impede the operations of tours, or impact the safety of guests. In this event, Unexpected Atlanta will reach out to guests to resolve issues with any affected reservations.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is an outdoor walking tour, please wear comfortable attire. Operates in all weather conditions, rain or shine; except in weather conditions deemed to be too extreme by Unexpected Atlanta. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking; a nonalcoholic beverage option is also available. Not recommended for travelers with inability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Cabbagetown is a historic residential neighborhood with narrow streets and extremely limited public parking. We strongly recommend using a ride share service or public transportation. The best parking lot is a public lot accessible from Woodward Ave at approximately 520 Woodward Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312. Street parking is also usually available along Woodward Ave. This location is approximately .4 miles from the starting location.

Redemption Information

• Meet at The courtyard between Gilded Lady Tattoos (202 Carroll St. SE) and Little’s Food Store (198 Carroll St. SE). Note: this is a small green space in front of a picket fence, not the courtyard with picnic tables. 15 minutes before your tour time.
• Gratuities graciously accepted if you have a great time.
• We strongly recommend using a ride share service or public transportation. If you need to use a personal vehicle, paid public lots are
available near the Krog Street Market, less than 1 mile from the start of our tour. Please do not park in the Cabbagetown neighborhood.
• This is an easy 1.5 mile outdoor walk with plenty of stops. Please contact us directly if you have any physical limitations or difficulty walking.
• Please wear comfortable shoes
• Operates rain or shine, except in Force Majeure Weather
