After pickup at your hotel in central El Calafate, depart for Santa Cruz province and your glacier adventure cruise. Gaze out the window at the Patagonian scenery during your 31-mile (50-km) drive to Puerto Bandera on the pristine Lago Argentino.

Climb aboard your vessel for a sail through Los Glaciares National Park's Lago Argentino. The lake's milky blue waters boast floating ice chunks that have calved (fallen off) of the glaciers in the area.
