Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any form of refund even partial.

Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible.

Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity

Adult pricing applies to all travelers from 3 years old

Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these

Luggage cannot be kept at the office; you will be denied entry to the tower without refund if you arrive with luggage

Items not allowed in the tower include: over-sized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not fold-able, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink

Please note that it is NOT possible to buy a ticket for the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Cruise ticket valid for 1 months after Eiffel Tower visit

For late night tours Eiffel tower tours at 21h15 and 21h45 with the summit option included, you may contact us by email in advance the day of your visit only, in order to receive the cruise tickets (you will not have time to do it after and no refund can be provided, please plan accordingly)
