Description

Head to the Highlands on a scenic day trip from Edinburgh, perfect for spotting the Loch Ness Monster or simply enjoying stunning landscapes. Travel in comfort on our air-conditioned luxury coach with entertaining commentary and traditional music to set the mood.

Our first stop is in the Callander area for coffee and, depending on the season, a chance to meet iconic Highland Cows. Next, journey deeper into the Highlands to Glencoe, where tales of the infamous Clan Massacre unfold. Enjoy a brief photo stop to capture the breathtaking views.

Stop for lunch in the Fort William area, with options for dining and even a "wee" introduction to the mysteries of the kilt. Then, it’s on to the magical Loch Ness, where you can customise your experience. Visit Urquhart Castle and take a 30-minute boat cruise, opt for a 1-hour Loch cruise with panoramic views, or explore the area at your leisure, including the Old Coffin Trail.

Departing Loch Ness, we follow the loch’s shoreline, pass through Inverness, and head south. Enjoy a snack stop in the picturesque Victorian village of Pitlochry before arriving back in Edinburgh around 8:30 PM.

Top tip: Save time and make the most of your stops by bringing a packed lunch!
