In Eden Chocolate Tour you'll experience an hour and 45 minutes tour. A first part is held in our cocoa organic plantation where the visitor can see the cocoa flower, the cocoa trees, the fermentation and sun-dried process of the cocoa beans.

At the chocolate Ranch the customer will have the opportunity to try and elaborate chocolate with some spices such us: chili pepper, black pepper, coconut, peanuts, almonds and some others. Then they are going to learn about the chocolate history, roasting process and they are going to crack the cacao beans using metate and mortero which were stones used by indigenous people in the ancient times. Later, there is a bicycle where the client uses to refine more the chocolate paste and get into the traditional drink called “the drink of the Gods “.
