Eating Seville: Tapas, Drinks and Local Flavors Tour

Summary Description

Dive into Seville’s culinary magic: historic taverns, bold local flavors, expert guides, secret recipes, and the perfect ice cream finish. Taste Andalusia’s best in one delicious walk!

Highlights
  • Taste jamón ibérico in a tavern from the 1870s previously beloved by toreros, and now a favorite for local foodies
  • Learn how to flambé your chorizo al infierno and why Spaniards don’t drink sangria while you mix the actual perfect tinto de verano
  • You’ll taste their house-favorite pork cheeks and shrimps omelette, loved by locals for its simple perfection
  • Wander through Seville’s most iconic and vibrant neighborhoods with a local expert who knows their back streets as well as they know their jamón
  • Cool down by finishing with a mini cone of your chosen flavour of artisan ice cream, made with seasonal ingredients
Description

In Seville, every corner has a story, and most of them are about food. On this culinary stroll through Santa Cruz, Alfalfa, Las Setas and El Salvador, you’ll hop from 19th-century taverns to modern kitchens, sampling the flavors that make Andalusia so dangerously addictive.

We’re talking legendary jamón, sizzling chorizo cooked literally in flames, beloved pork cheeks and shrimps omelette, and ice cream that might ruin every one you’ll try afterwards. Plus, the locals have opinions. On everything. Including the perfect way to chill your tinto de verano (not sangria!), and they’re ready to show you.

Expect bold flavors, surprise favorites, just enough history to keep the history buffs among us hooked. It’s Andalusian cuisine done right.
