Hop aboard your 232-foot (71-meter) vessel, with four viewing decks and lounges, dining rooms and bars inside. Glide away from the Honolulu port and out past Diamond Head, with three stabilizers ensuring a calm ride.
Naturalists will also accompany you on board to answer questions and provide commentary about the habits and behaviors of the humpback whale. Settle in front of the large windows of the air-conditioned cabin or stand outside on the decks to catch up-close looks of the whales as they spout and feed. Keep your eyes peeled for porpoises, sea turtles and Hawaiian spinner dolphins, too. On the rare occasion that you don’t spot any whales, you can take the tour again free of charge.
Your tour will conclude at your original departure point in Waikiki.
