Wonderful tour. We’ve been to Dublin 5 times and this tour ranks as one of the best. We’ve saw parts of Dublin we’ve never seen before. Patrick is very entertaining and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour.
A Fun Tour of Dublin’s History!
Our guide, Patrick, was so knowledgeable and invested in showing his guests not only a fun time but an interesting tour of history and learning. We were so entertained by his witty knowledge of historical Dublin. He escorted us to independent locales such as Sweny’s Pharmacy, the once chemist shop turned bookstore, but it’s more than that. We did a round-robin reading of a passage from James Joyce’s “Ulysses” and group sang the Irish folk song, “Molly Malone”. What a spectacular moment we’ll never forget! In addition to the high points of Dublin’s historical sites, we sampled chocolates and perfumes, ice cream and jewelry. The tour was a lovely addition to our trip and a delightful discovery of Dublin’s secrets. It’s quite a bit of walking but has many opportunities to rest and Patrick checks in with you to make sure you’re comfortable. We ended the tour with a pot of tea, a quirky game of trivia, Patrick’s dinner and sightseeing suggestions, and a final goodbye to our new friends. A must-do on your visit to Dublin!

Patrick was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable and fun. He took the time to know everyone’s name and make the tour feel very personal. We saw sights that I didn’t expect to see and I loved going off the beaten path. Highly recommend.

This was a tremndous and unexpectedly remarkable tour! Patrick Clarke displays a quick wit and a profound "everyman's" point of view, which lent a special feel to this elceletic Dublin tour. I won't spoil the unexpected/interesting/moving destinations except to say that this was a 4-hour tour that really didn't quit being interesting/informative/moving. I would especially recommend this tour to people who have been to Dublin before, although the novice will also enjoy it immensely. For the money, it wasn't a value-it was a steal! No doubt: 5 stars.
