You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Sky View Observation deck entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
