- Sunset and Night Tour: This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick-Up Times: Stop 1 - The Dubai Mall Zabeel Parking: 6pm, Stop 2 - Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina: 6:45pm, Stop 3 - Atlantis The Palm: 7pm, Stop 4 - Fairmont The Palm: 7:05pm, Stop 5 - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah: 7:20pm, Stop 6 - Souk Madinat Burj Al Arab: 7:20pm, Stop 7 - Mall of the Emirates: 7:30pm

Definately not worth the money I paid - bought 48 hours used in less than 5
Bus not regular, narrative not that informative, 1 route 4 stops can do in a day I bought 48 hours only used 1 day! More about he money than the service! Having issued this company in USA, London, Cape Town was very disappointed when asked why no other route not interested!
Awful disappointed your Never again
Most Awful tour ever done we have used these on many places round the world! Dubai one was by far the worst! Only 1 route now 4 stops, the narrative on the bus didn’t really tell us much! Staff not friendly had to ring to someone next bus coming maybe 1 maybe 2 hours! Would NOT recommend at all! Booked for 48 hours only used 24 & that took less than 5 in all! Pick up area hard to find. All in all made Dubai exploring awful! They were about money not the experience! Won’t ever book with them again anywhere!

City Sightseeing Dubai Hop‑On Hop‑Off Bus Tour, it was a fantastic way to explore the city. The tour makes it very easy to visit Dubai’s major attractions while enjoying great views from the open-top bus. I liked the flexibility of hopping on and off at different stops, which allowed me to explore places at my own pace. It’s a convenient and enjoyable way to see Dubai, especially for first-time visitors.

It’s been almost a month since we booked the City Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour, and it was such a great experience! Everything was smooth and hassle-free, especially with their well-organized schedule.We bookes it when we were in Al Seef. Special shoutout to Mr. Ahmed for clearly explaining what is the inclusive (like red line (old dubai) blue line (modern Dubai) and discount if you are resident in UAE —he was very approachable and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
Terrible Service and No Customer Support •
I booked a Hop-On Hop-Off + Sunset + Night Tour in Dubai, and the service was completely unreliable and not as advertised. Buses were delayed, schedules were not respected, and the experience was practically unusable. What is even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted GetYourGuide multiple times regarding a refund and received no response at all. This is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, you are left without any help. I do not recommend booking through this platform.
