- All Passengers must be at the Heliport Site 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time.
- Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
- Each Passenger’s weight will be checked prior to boarding to comply with the helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
- Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear, Earrings and large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
- Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”
- If transfer option selected - The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai - Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha / Marina / Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area.
- If transfer option selected - The time you are selecting will be your flight time. Hotel pick up will be 01 hour prior to selected visit time.
- If transfers option not selected , guest has to make own arrangements for the transfers.

Totally dubious.
Immediately after booking he contacted me and told me that the period I booked was not available. He asked to change the period, which I accepted. He said the tickets would be issued later. Three days earlier I contacted him again and asked if the tickets had been issued in the meantime. From that point on, the chaos began: First he said my booking was cancelled. Five minutes later, he said no, it had not been cancelled after all, but had to be changed again. I didn't follow up on this and instead demanded my money back, which I finally succeeded after long discussions and several emails to Tripadvisor. Totally dubious. If you want to save yourself a headache: Get off me!
Very bad experience!! Disgusting service
No No No !! Booked on the 24th December for a trip on the 31st December. All ok at first then 2 days later I was asked to change the time by WhatsApp! I went along no problem. Then I was asked to pay an extra AED135 when I had already done the full payment.. I also agreed to pay it as this was a surprise for my wife on our 20th Anniversary ! Then on the 29th December ( 2 days before we go on the helicopter ride) I receive a WhatsApp message that now the 31st December is fully booked !!!! Haha . They then told me that I may change to another day but I am not here after the 2nd January so there was no more communication and I am now getting the refund back …. The one surprise I had for my wife has gone !! Never never again with odyssey Tours ! A big no unfortunately Thank you for nothing !

terrible service. i booked this within 12 hours not knowing i needed my passport and it was away for renewal. no help from viator or the tour operator to reschedule. Tour operator waited to 1 hour before excursion to say I 'might' be able to use emirates id. i would recommend booking direct with the actual helicopter company than go through a third party where they offer absolutely 0 help after money is took. very bad service. slow replies. no help. tour operator absolute useless to the point of almost no excistance. 600$ wasted. i contacted 20 minutes after booking woth 12 hours spare to sort the problem. absolute nothing
heavily disappointed
We booked a flight at 14:30 the day before the flight we were contacted that the only available flight was 17:15 which is very late for dubai at the end of September. when I said I want to cancel there was no one responsible.
