Things to know

Before you book

• Passes are valid for 2 years from purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit
• After activation, your pass is valid for the number of days purchased (not 24-hour periods) over a 14-day period. We advise you start early in the day to make the most of your pass
• For the best experience, follow the instructions on your booking confirmation to sync your pass with the Go City app. You can also save to your phone/tablet or print a copy
• Attractions, tours and their operating hours are subject to change. The Go City app has the most up-to-date line-up, opening times and instructions on how to access each attraction
• The most popular activities require reservations. To avoid disappointment, reserve well in advance
• Burj Khalifa can get very busy in high season. If walk-up entry is unavailable, you will be given the next available slot. Currently, you cannot pre-book your entry.

Make sure to confirm the email address associated with your order, and update if needed using the link provided (step 1). This will ensure you can use the Go City app and reserve attractions where need be.
