Sunset and Night Tour: This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Can't find the bus stops

Found the starting bus stop difficult to find because of little signage in the mall. Also the bus stops en route didn't indicate that they they were ",hop on off bus" stops
