After an afternoon pickup at your Dubai hotel, head into the desert wilds in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD vehicle.
Take in the empty sands and go off-road for a roller-coaster ride around the high dunes. Hold tight as your driver takes you over the slopes, pausing at the top before slipping back down the shifting sands.
Stop at the highest dune to view the sunset before continuing to a Bedouin-style campsite. Hop out here for an afternoon and evening of desert activities and entertainments. Go sandboarding, ride a camel, get a henna tattoo, don Arabian robes for a souvenir photo, and try an optional puff on a shisha (Arabic water pipe).
Stay refreshed with sodas, water, tea, and coffee; and later, feast on a barbecue buffet dinner. As you relax, enjoy belly dancing and tanoura (whirling dervish) shows under the stars before a convenient return transfer to your hotel.
