The Dresden Christmas Market is the oldest in Germany and is known locally as Striezelmarkt. Your local English speaking guide will lead a walking tour of the city that hits all the highlights and a delicious lunch in a local restaurant is included. We will also stop in the Saxon Switzerland, where you can explore the most beautiful views over the Elbe canyon from The Bastei. Easy walk across this famous sandstone bridge, which is a highlight of the national park, gets you to visit ruins of old rock castle from 12th century.
