Looking for an immersive, small-group dolphin encounter that goes beyond a simple meet-and-greet? Dolphin Extreme is a 60-minute experience that’s designed to give you just that. Your day begins at our world-renowned dolphin and sea lion center where you’ll learn about marine mammals from our Specialists, who will share fascinating facts about their physiology and behavior.

After you’ve been briefed, we’ll equip you with a mask so you can join our Pacific Bottlenose dolphins right in their habitat: floating, twisting, gliding, and diving alongside them. Dolphins aren’t the only mammals you’ll get to meet; however, you’ll also get the chance to have a hands-on encounter with our quirky sea lions!

Things to know

Before you book

Ages 8 and up with strong swimming abilities
Minimum height: 4 ft / 1.2 m. No exceptions. All children will be measured upon arrival.
Each child under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (16 older)
A Parent or guardian signature will be required for participants under the age of 18
Cameras are only allowed in the observation area
No jewelry or sunscreen allowed
Life jackets are available upon request
Each dolphin program is unique and based upon our groups, specialists and dolphins
All of our programs are designed with our dolphins wellbeing in mind
Expecting mothers are restricted
Please be aware that you must be at the check-in point 30 minutes prior to the program starts.
