- Please dress warm with wind proof jacket and warm hat
- Trips may be cancelled at short notice if unsuitable weather or sea conditions so please supply mobile contact phone number inc. international dialing code in case of any last minute change of schedule.
- This trip is not suitable for children under 10 years of age
- Please arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before 1pm departure time to park car on pier; put on suitable warm clothing and for safety meeting.
- The boat departs at 1pm sharp. Please telephone ahead in good time if you expect to be late. The boat will not wait more than 5 minutes for late arrivals.
- Under no circumstances will a refund be given for "no show" or late arrivals. We require 24 hr. notice for any cancellation or refund.

Great tour, highly recommended.
The tour was very well organized. In advance, we received all information regarding arrival / parking / meeting point according to the guide, about 44 people could have fit on the boat; there were about 35 of us. There was enough space. The boat also had a restroom. The tour guides gave us a lot of great information about the landscape / history and the animals found there. On the tour, we saw seals at the Great Blasket Islands and a fin of a minke whale. Unfortunately, no dolphins and no more whales. But that's just nature - the organizer can't do anything about that. All in all, a highly recommended tour.
Loved it.
Excellent, we had great weather, I took my two sons (12 & 9). Guides were very knowledgeable, we were lucky enough to see common dolphin, seals and minke whales as well as lots of sea birds. The captain was very respectful of the wildlife and kept a good distance from them whilst still being able to see them. I'd highly recommend it. Bring your togs and you can also jump off Ventry pier when you get back which is great fun.
An Amazing Wildlife Experience
What a fantastic tour this was! The crew shared an incredible amount of information about the wildlife and the surrounding area. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. The captain always navigated to the best locations and took plenty of time at each spot, allowing everyone to fully enjoy everything there was to see. We were also extremely lucky, as we saw an amazing variety of wildlife: seals, whales, and even two different species of dolphins. We also sailed past Blasket Island, where seals were swimming right along the shoreline. It was a truly beautiful sight. Without a doubt, this trip was one of the absolute highlights of our vacation.
Very pleasant trip with a competent team
We were lucky and were able to see dolphins twice. Seals on Blasket Island are naturally part of it. We were very lucky when two minke whales were spotted. The organizer's team is very competent, and we are glad to have taken the trip.
Sea outing with favorable weather but zero sightings!
The excursion was conducted well in terms of timing, number of people, and guide. The problem is that, in fact, we didn't spot anything. So we were rather disappointed.
