Safari Desert with Khan
We had an amazing experience on the desert safari! Everything was very well organized, and the desert views were absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Khan, was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment, and his positive attitude made the experience even more special. We really enjoyed the safari and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Qatar. Thank you so much, Khan, for making our experience unforgettable!

Nice trip into the desert
There was a problem with the booking (I booked a group tour, but there was no group), but then I got a private tour with Rizwan (the guide). It was really nice, I didn't really want the dune bashing, so he was gentle (and we did a little dune bashing, which I liked after all). The tour was more like three hours than four, but I guess everything went a bit faster without a group. I enjoyed it!
Great desert experience
Rashid has really done everything possible to give us a great experience. He knows the right spots to take photos, have fun (sand boarding) and be amazed. Can only recommend a booking with him.
Overall disappointing experience.
Gentle Sands Experience - The 4x4 vehicle was old and tatty and not clean inside. The communication from the driver (Ahmad) was very confusing. The overall trip was not well organised and there was no tea/coffee as advertised. The bottle of water was tiny. Despite us choosing the Gentle Sands experience (due to back issues), he commented a few times that it wasn't fun unless it was a bit rougher and whilst his driving wasn't Dune Bashing, it definitely could have been a bit more sedate at times. Also, we specifically chose an experience without the Dune Buggies or Camels but he insisted on stopping at both locations even though we had said we weren't interested in them. Aside from that, the experience of being in the desert, surrounded by sand and seeing the sun setting, was amazing. The driver also did take some good photos for us. But overall, I would not recommend.
