Why take this tour?
Our tour will take you to Felicity, a village in the central town of Chaguanas. Visit a strip of homes that are beautifully decorated with flambeaux (flaming torches), coloured electric lights and deyas. The entertaining sounds of the tassa groups (drumming ensembles) also add to the festive spirit. After viewing the lights, learn about the intricacies of the Hindu faith from friendly devotees at Shree Shankar, one of the Hindu temples on the island.
