The underwater world is a mesmerising, breath taking and tranquil environment that very few people get to experience. It holds an amazing amount of diverse aquatic life, enables us to experience weightlessness and interact in an environment that is as alien to us as walking on the moon.
We here at Pissouri Bay Divers provide experiences to customers who want to feel what it’s like to breath underwater and behold the sites and marine life in their natural habitat.
The Discover SCUBA Diving (DSD) experience is a 4 hour experience which begins with a small amount of administrative paperwork followed by an introduction into dive theory, here we explain the basics of diving, how to act, what to expect and how we remain safe. Once we have completed the theory we introduce you to the diving equipment and explain how it is used. Following this we fit you for a wetsuit and then head to the sea. Once in the water we cover some very basic skills and safety procedures before proceeding for a dive. We can expect to be diving and exploring one of our many fantastic dive sites for anytime up to around 1 hour.
The experience is mindblowing.
